Vad händer i bostadsrättsföreningen? / What’s going on in the housing cooperative?
- Styrelsen har med Riksbyggens hjälp påbörjat en utredning om behovet av att genomföra renovering av föreningens stammar (en relining gjordes i tidigt 2000-tal). Medlemmar uppmanas därför att avvakta med att göra större förändringar i sina badrum tills denna utredning är klar.
- OVK – obligatorisk ventilationskontroll – har genomförts i de flesta lägenheter i föreningen. Kontrollrapporten visar att cirka 80 % av lägenheterna har en felaktigt utförd fläktinstallation i köket. Lägenhetsinnehavare till dessa kommer att bli kontaktade för åtgärd.

- The board, with the help of Riksbyggen, has started an investigation into the need to carry out renovation of the water trunks (a relining was done in the early 2000). Members are therefore asked to hold off on making major changes to their bathrooms until this investigation is complete.
- OVK – mandatory ventilation control – has been carried out in most apartments in the cooperative. The inspection report shows that approximately 80% of the apartments have an incorrectly installed fan in the kitchen. Apartment owners of these will be contacted for measures during autumn/winter.
